Job Summary
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to senior executives. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, itineraries)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests
- Support project management and track deadlines
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Maintain filing systems and office organization
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Compensation and benefits
Salary Range: $55,000 – $75,000 per year
